Method
Bread Method 1. Weigh out all the ingredients and add the dry ingredients to a mixing bowl. 2. Make a well in the centre of the bowl and add the oil and water 3. Bring all ingredients together using a knife until a soft slightly sticky dough is formed. 4. Place the dough on a floured surface and nead until the dough is smooth and elastic. 5. Leave in a covered bowl to rise. 6. once risen, place dough back on a floured surface and knead and shape oyour chosen bread shape
Burger Method 1. Place mince, your chosen herbs and spices, diced onion and seasoning in a mixing bowl. 2. Combine all ingredient together using your hands. 3. shape the burger mix into your desired shape 4. Grill until browned on both sides, turn over halfway through cooking to ensure both sides are cooked throughly.
