200g S.R. Flour
50g marg
50g sugar
50g dried fruit – optional
Milk to mix approx 4-6 tablespoons
· Rub marg into flour and sugar
· Add enough milk to form a stiff dough
· Roll out until 5cm deep and cut into rounds
· Glaze
· Bake 12 mins until golden brown and well risen
· Cool
